Everant Wealth was created to give Drew greater control over how he serves clients and to build a firm around the standards he believes matter most: thoughtful advice, strong relationships, fiduciary responsibility, and ongoing attention to each client’s financial life. The goal is to create an experience that feels personal, coordinated, and built for the long term.
Independence allows Everant Wealth to build its planning process, client experience, and firm structure intentionally around the people it serves. Drew views independence as an important part of maintaining responsibility for his client relationships and providing advice through a fiduciary lens.
Everant Wealth primarily serves physicians, high-net-worth families, and professionals who want help coordinating the many areas of their financial lives. Drew works with clients at different stages, from those still building wealth to families approaching or already living in retirement.
Drew understands many of the financial decisions physicians face through both professional and personal experience. His wife progressed through medical school, residency, fellowship, and into practice while Drew experienced those transitions alongside her. He has also spent years educating physicians in residency and fellowship programs and works with doctors across different stages of their careers.
Everant Wealth looks beyond investments to understand how the different areas of a client’s financial life work together. Planning may include retirement, taxes, estate and legacy considerations, insurance and risk management, charitable giving, employer benefits, education planning, major financial decisions, and coordination with CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals.
Drew serves clients in a fiduciary capacity, which means he is committed to putting clients’ interests first when providing advice. He believes that standard is an important foundation for the trust and responsibility involved in a long-term advisory relationship.
The process begins with understanding you, your family, your current financial situation, and what you want to accomplish. Drew then organizes the information, develops recommendations, presents a comprehensive plan, and helps put those recommendations into action. From there, the relationship continues through ongoing monitoring and adjustments as your life and priorities evolve.
Drew sees his role as helping connect the different parts of a client’s financial life. When appropriate, Everant Wealth coordinates with CPAs, attorneys, insurance professionals, and other specialists so that financial decisions are considered together rather than in isolation.
Drew describes his role as being a financial “quarterback.” Rather than focusing only on investments, he works to understand the full financial picture, identify where planning can add value, help clients implement recommendations, and remain involved as circumstances change. The relationship is designed to be personal, organized, and ongoing.
